This Week's Homework: Due March 12th!

Day 1 (Friday)
Reading: Read for 15 minutes and do one reading log entry
Math: 5 minutes of "Fact Master" on mobymax.com
Handwriting: Lesson 14,  Day 1
Spelling: Do activity # 8 with Spell-a-Thon words #1-20

Day 2 (Monday)
Reading: Read for 15 minutes and do one reading log entry
Math: 5 minutes of "Fact Master" on mobymax.com and finish math classwork
Handwriting: Lesson 14,  Day 2
Spelling: Choose one different activity with #1-20

Day 3 (Tuesday)
Reading: Read for 15 minutes and do one reading log entry
Math: 5 minutes of "Fact Master" on mobymax.com and finish math classwork
Handwriting: Lesson 14, Day 3
Spelling: Do activity # 1 with #1-20

Day 4 (Wednesday)
Reading: Read for 15 minutes and do one reading log entry
Math: 5 minutes of "Fact Master" on mobymax.com and finish math classwork
Handwriting: Lesson 14, Day 4 Practice and then write on scripture border, then color the border
Spelling: Choose one different activity with #1-20



Spelling Activity Choices:
1. Write each word 2 times in your best printing and 2 times in your best cursive.
2. Write 4 eight-word sentences with at least one spelling word in each sentence.
3. Write a story using at least 5 spelling words.
4. Write the spelling words in ABC order.
5. Draw one picture each of the spelling words that show the words meaning.
6. Fold one piece of paper. On the left side write the spelling words using your left hand. On the right side, write the spelling words using your right hand.
7. Write each spelling word in color, writing all of the vowels in red and the consonants in blue.
8. Make flash cards of the spelling words and practice for the test.
9. Go to http://www.scholastic.com/kids/homework/spelling.htm and make a "Spelling Scramble" or "Word Search" for 10 words. Print out activities and turn in with regular homework.
10. Use a dictionary to define 8 spelling words.
